Kleinertz in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

We chose this restaurant for lunch on a family day trip and were not disappointed. The waitresses were always friendly, courteous and extremely nice. The menu is nicely arranged and the dishes we ordered were served quickly. The dishes were fresh, tasty and not that big. Unfortunately, with the best will in the world, I cannot understand that the portions are too small, as described by other reviews! On the contrary, for us the portions were already generous and we just managed to “eat the plate empty”. Price performance is absolutely ok, for the served food I find the price very moderate! Thanks for the very good hospitality!

Waiters were pretty rude. We had to wait a long time to place our order and then again for a long time until our food came. Price-performance ratio wasn't right in our opinion either ... much too expensive for what was ultimately on the plate. So far the worst restaurant we ate in Ahrweiler ...

Very fine food and great staff

We were in Kleinertz and it was great. Everything that came out of the kitchen was an absolute culinary delight. Mrs. A. Burchert served and confidently, friendly and competent. The ambience is wonderful both inside and outside. We look forward to our next visit.

The vegan ratatouille with salad was very tasty, please put more vegan dishes on the menu, thanks!

Due to time pressure we had to catch a bus and therefore only had an hour to eat in. We asked how long it would take before the food would be served. We could not be informed by the waiter So it only became a beer.

Since the extremely incompetent, unfriendly waiter only deliberately overlooked us for 20 minutes and only served all the guests who appeared after us, I asked him if we could order something. His sloppy answer: “You are not allowed to sit here at all!” When I asked why, I got the answer that the table was not yet disinfected, that would be punishable. ARE YOU CRAZY! After 20 minutes of ignorance on his part. You can also make paying guests more friendly and, above all, immediately aware of them. The implementation of the hygiene measure is ultimately his responsibility! Then we decided to leave, and he waved us from the terrace, gesticulating. ?

Cruel service, hardly any cake selection, several dishes no longer available at lunchtime.

Great kitchen. Prices certainly owed to the location. But satisfaction is definitely given. The halibut with ratatouille and rice tasted great. The fish should have been a tad bigger ?

What a pity! Because of the nice atmosphere we decided to sit down there. The burgers with potato wedges and the plaice fillet and, for the children, nuggets with chips were ordered. The burger for € 14 was really an absolute NO GO! There were a whopping 5 potato wedges on the board and the burger was small too. For 14 € I expect a portion that will fill you up. I still give the two stars for the taste. The plaice and nuggets are all deep-fried and on the children's plate there are more fries like potato wedges with the burger. The Benedictine wheat was great! You can sit here to drink, but to eat? We also shared our criticism with the waitress.

Great location, large terrace right on the market (shady), small menu but delicious food (fresh and seasonal ingredients), uncomplicated staff even with special requests, very nice hosts. Everything was very good throughout and worth a visit.

Very nice bar / restaurant in a historic building. Super ambience and very nice service. You feel comfortable there and can enjoy the evening. I can not judge restaurant, since only the bar visited. Right on the market square and definitely worth a visit

The top dog in town ??? Service: Very friendly service. Food: the order was always brought pretty quickly. Whether meat or vegetarian: always a very high quality. Value for money: is good. Ambience: is really cozy, especially since the tables on the ground floor are not so close together, which creates a certain confidential atmosphere. WC: always very clean and hygienic. We always love to go there ?

Nice building and good atmosphere

Really avarage food,the wine was not outstanding either. I ordered a calf liver and it was not very good.

Very kind and friendly place. The waitresses are very supportive and fast. However, the orders got mixed up several times, the food was OK. They are very child friendly and made sure that the parents had had a great time.

Very cozy atmosphere, great view of the Vineyard, friendly staff... definitely a place to visit again, especially in the fal when the vineyards will turn it's colors, and grapes will be ripe.
